For hotels, hospitals and clinics, schools and childcare centres, restaurants and offices we supply fabric-backed commercial vinyl wallcoverings — our main supplier is Len-Tex (USA) — with the documentation a submittal needs:

Type I and Type II fabric-backed vinyl: Commercial-grade weights for guest rooms, hospital corridors, classrooms and other high-traffic public areas.
Fire-tested: ASTM E84 fire-tested to W-101 requirements; Class A fire-rated (ASTM E84) options available. Fire certificate supplied per product.
Low-VOC, indoor-air certified: Water-based low-VOC topcoat meeting CA 01350; SCS Indoor Advantage Gold; phthalate-free vinyl.
Antimicrobial finish: Ultra-Fresh protection against mould and mildew — specified with Bangkok humidity in mind.
Scrubbable, five-year warranty: Withstands alcohol and alkaline cleaners; five-year warranty from the installation date.
