01 What exactly is included in the one-stop service?
Everything. You choose your wallpaper or fabric, and we handle measuring, an itemised quote, made-to-order production and professional installation — through to a finished room. You only make one enquiry.
02 Do you speak English throughout the whole process?
Yes. Every conversation, quote, site visit and installation is conducted in fluent English — so expat homeowners and overseas designers are never lost in translation.
03 How does the measuring visit work?
Two ways. Send us your own measurements and we'll work from those — or ask us to come to you. In Bangkok, tell us your space and location and we'll arrange a visit at a time that suits you and measure everything precisely on site. A visit is booked with a ฿1,000 deposit, which comes off your order in full when you go ahead; if you decide not to, it covers the visit itself. Outside Bangkok we don't usually send a team, but get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Talking your project through beforehand is always free.
04 Will I know the full price before any work begins?
Always. After measuring, you receive one clear, itemised quote covering materials, production and installation. No hidden extras and no surprises — you approve the total before we start.
05 Can you handle wallpaper, fabrics and murals for the same room?
Absolutely. Many clients coordinate wallpaper with curtains, blinds, soft furnishings and a bespoke mural. We manage the whole scheme so colours and patterns work together beautifully.
06 How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the size of the space and the materials chosen, but we give you a clear timeline with your quote and keep you updated at every stage, right up to installation day.
07 What if I'm not in Bangkok?
That's no problem — the whole service works remotely. We consult by video, LINE or WhatsApp, ship nationwide, and either install with our own team or supply a self-install kit with a step-by-step video and remote support. See "Outside Bangkok?" above, or just get in touch.
